Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to join our Rubber Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and marketing our extensive range of rubber and polyurethane products to customers in various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers in the rubber and polyurethane industries.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the rubber and polyurethane industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good understanding of technical product specifications and applications.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
