Job Description:

We’re seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic Industrial Supplies Division. In this critical role, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within the manufacturing and industrial sectors, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales of our comprehensive range of industrial supplies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  2. Identifying and prospecting for qualified leads within various industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, and energy.
  3. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific needs and production requirements.
  4. Providing technical expertise and product recommendations to assist clients in selecting the most suitable industrial supplies for their applications.
  5. Providing exceptional customer service, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity in the industrial supply market.
  7. Preparing accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the industrial supplies, manufacturing, or construction industries.
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  4. Strong understanding of industrial processes, materials, and applications. A technical background or prior experience in a related field is a plus.
  5. Ability to identify and qualify leads, develop effective sales strategies, and close deals.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
