Job Description:
We’re seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic Supermarket Division. In this exciting role, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our footprint within the supermarket sector, building strong relationships with key supermarket chains and independent grocers, and driving sales of our comprehensive product range tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share within the supermarket industry.
- Identifying and prospecting for qualified leads within supermarket chains and independent grocery stores.
- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers and store owners.
- Understanding the unique needs and challenges faced by supermarkets today.
- Presenting our product portfolio and effectively communicating the value proposition for supermarket clients.
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity within the supermarket sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in successful sales experience within the B2B sector, preferably in the supermarket industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Strong understanding of supermarket operations, product needs, and current industry trends.
- Ability to identify and qualify leads, develop effective sales strategies, and close deals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
