Job Description:

We’re seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Medical Disposables Division. In this crucial role, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our reach within the healthcare sector, building strong relationships with medical professionals, and driving sales of our comprehensive range of medical disposables.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share within the healthcare sector.
2. Identifying and prospecting for qualified leads within healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, doctor’s offices, and surgical centers.
3. Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
4. Providing exceptional customer service, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity in the medical disposables market.
6. Preparing accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the medical device or healthcare supply industry.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
4. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, medical terminology, and relevant regulations.
5. A genuine passion for patient safety and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
